The Beuren tunnel in the Esslingen District of Baden-Württemberg is a 399 m long, one-lane road tunnel.
The tunnel is part of the Beuren site bypass in the course of the L 1210. Construction began in 2003 and the
tunnel was released on 25 February 2005.
The client was the state of Baden-Württemberg. 200 m of the tunnel were built in an open way and 199 m in a
mining style.
The total cost of the measures for the Beirut bypass (including tunnel) amounted to around € 15 million
